    Refund policy

    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags and original packaging intact. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, please email us at tasteofculture90@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
    Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

    • Perishable goods (such as food, snacks, or beverages)

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Personal care or beauty items once opened or used

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
    If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to email us before placing your order.


    Exchanges

    The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.


    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
    If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    Please remember, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

    Optional UAE-specific add-on (if you want to include it):

    For orders within the UAE, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
